2-Year Warranty on Arctic Hunter Products

At Arctic Hunter, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your Arctic Hunter luggage comes with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Carrier damage.
  • Misuse or neglect of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Repairs beyond the warranty period.

Repair Process

The warranty is serviced through our authorized repair centers. The repair center will determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. If it is, we will repair your luggage at no cost. If the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide an estimate for the repair before proceeding.

Return and Refund Policy

At Arctic Hunter, we guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a prompt refund.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact Us: Send a message on WhatsApp/SMS to 00971-555511839 with your order number, tracking number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will arrange your request accordingly.
  2. Include Packing List: Place the original packing list inside the carton. If you don't have it, include a piece of paper with your name, address, email, phone number, product being returned, and order number.
  3. Return Condition: Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Ship returned items to the address provided on the return authorization form.

Refund Process

  • You will be refunded for the amount paid, excluding the shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Original freight charges will not be reimbursed, and the customer is responsible for the return freight charges.

No Exchange Policy

We do not accept items for exchange. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order. Placing the new order promptly ensures you receive it quickly and that the item does not go out of stock.
